Highly Commended – Best Financial Education Initiative

For over 20 years, the team at Chadwicks have been providing Financial Advice to individuals alongside our Financial Education & Wellbeing support, provided to organisations. Over the years we have worked with a range of companies including large FTSE 100 organisations, local councils and small private businesses. It’s a service that continues to grow and one we take great pride in.

Since June 2020, our team of 6 advisers, in addition to looking after our existing clients, have delivered 169 Financial Education and Wellbeing courses to a variety of Private and Public sector organisations. This represents 475 hours of education, with over 2,600 attendees in total across the year! This year we also launched our Financial Wellbeing Portal, a resource that allows employers to provide access to guides, videos, calculators, and a question-and-answer facility with answers provided by our advisers.

For this Financial Education support, the Chadwicks team were recently shortlisted for the Money Marketing Best Financial Education Initiative, a national award with strong competition. This category seeks to reward an adviser or advice firm that has gone above and beyond in their efforts to educate and inform members of the public about the importance of financial planning and managing their money. The award ceremony, held by Money Marketing took place in London and was attended by John Chadwick, Managing Director of Chadwicks IFA and his wife Jennie Chadwick.

Although we didn’t win the award this time, our Financial Education Initiatives were highly commended by the judges placing us in a fantastic 2nd place! Alongside our sister company, Planned Future we plan to use this award as the groundworks for further expansion of our Financial Wellbeing solutions, allowing us to improve the financial future of people throughout the UK.
