A lot has changed for many of us over the past year and as a business, we have seen our fair amount of change. As the pandemic came more of a pressing matter and offices throughout the UK closed, our workforce moved to home working. As we already had some remote workers before the pandemic, we already had the infrastructure in place that allowed us to move the rest of our employees into a home working environment both quickly and securely.
As the world slowly moves back to what we remember as the old norm, we have decided to maintain a level of both home and office working.
Home working for employees
Recently we have conducted an internal survey for our employees to find out how they view home working. This allowed employees to feedback and provide their opinion about working from home and how they would like to work in the future. The outcome of this was that the vast majority of our employees would prefer to continue home working with the option to visit the office when and if required.
Following this, we have decided to offer all of our employees the opportunity to work from home for at least three days a week.
We will still maintain an office presence at Chadwicks with employees working from our office on a routered basis.
Our team is expanding
Our business has been very fortunate given the fact we are living in the midst of a pandemic. Over the last 12 months, we have managed to expand our business and employ an additional four employees.
Glenn - Operations Manager
We have appointed a new Operations Manager to help oversee the daily running of Chadwicks IFA.
Hilary - Administrator
Hilary has joined our growing administration team to help support our clients.
Lee - Paraplanner
As our business continues to grow, we need more resources to help support our Financial Advisers. Lee has joined our Paraplanner team to help provide this support.
Jamie - Marketing Assistant
Jamie has joined our team to help expand our events and marketing department.
Our new address
We have also taken the opportunity to relocate our office, although we haven’t gone far we will now be receiving post and holding client meetings at the below address.
